After-sale Reverse Logistics: the State of the Art

چکیده
Reverse logistics is the management of materials and information from the consumer to the point of origin (manufacturer). Post-sale reverse logistics, namely, a specific area of the entrepreneurial logistics for the management of unused or little-used post-sales products, which, for different reasons, are returned to the direct distribution link chain, is studied. The state-of-the-art reverse logistics is presented through a review of the literature on the subject matter.
